William Solis is creating a labyrinth. It is made of dried rose petals covered with papier-mâché and primer and placed individually...this took him 2 months. Now he is painting it. He says the labyrinth is being created by magic caterpillars which are scattered thrgoughout the painting. He tells me stories about the fantasy world he is creating everyday. It’s an amazing piece. I’ll post more pictures as he continues. He wants me to animate one of the creatures when he is finished. Then the art will tell its own tales.
